If you are considering selling your home, you are probably aware that it is important to have your home in the best possible condition.  It is easy to find lots of articles  to tell you what you need to do to prepare your home for sale, but what should you do to prepare a farm to go on the market.  It is not enough to simply spruce your house and yard up.  Often the buyer of a horse farm is more interrested in the farm itself than they are in the home.  If the fields and horse facilities meet with their inspection they are often willing to make the house work.  Of course, if the entire property is perfect that is the best situation.
